A family holiday for 6 months around Australia. Switching off for a while to remind ourselves of why we are doing what we do. Enjoying time with our little family that we have created. Creating some great memories and taking some awesome photographs as well.
Up fairly early and off to Magic Mountain. This is a local theme park for kids and we are not sure whether or not to buy the full family entrance package because the park looks a little lame considering other theme parks around. We decide after a 10 minute walk around ( free entry for all unless you want to ride on the rides) to pay for one adult and one child. This allowed the both kids to play on the rides because of parental supervision loophole. The girls loved the sled ride flying down the hills at rocket speed. I covered the whole run on video with Lily. Check it out! Bottom of the page.
Some quick snaps
Plenty of Dinosaur displays to play on. even for dad
Like a Tiger!
The next best ride was the Go carts. Because we where so early at the park we had a free run and no long line ups. This definately made our day much better. Then came Mias first time on a proper roller coaster. She loved it and so we had to go on twice.

This was a good choice for a fun day out for the girls.
Afterwards I wanted to go and try to catch a fish so i convinced the girls and mummy to come down to the main water inlet while i try to hook up. the 3 girls played on the beach, mummy trying to improve her tan while lily and Mia had a dip in the edge of a stunning little beach all while the sun slowly set. No luck on the fishing is slowly convincing me that these areas are completely fished out. Shame really! I Just want to catch something for the girls sake.
Tomorrow we leave the saphire valley park to head to the lovely Mallacoota in Victoria.
